1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the phcast platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

phcast operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is committed to compliance with all applicable Philippine gaming laws, anti-money laundering regulations, and responsible gaming standards.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and phcast ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") regarding your use of the Services. No other representations, warranties, or agreements exist except as expressly stated herein.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to create an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities on phcast. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and is strictly enforced. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You must not be prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, regulation, or court order. You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The phcast Services are intended solely for users physically located in the Philippines. You may not access or use the Services from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted. phcast employs geographic verification technology to enforce these restrictions.

2.4 Identity Verification

phcast reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use phcast Services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only create and maintain one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify phcast of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phcast shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and thereafter remains accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account information if any changes occur. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Use Restrictions

Your phcast account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to use your account. You may not use your account for any commercial purposes or in connection with any illegal activities. All gaming activity must be for personal entertainment purposes only.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

phcast accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, and other approved Philippine payment methods. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.2 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your phcast account are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of crime or illegal activity. phcast reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, and compliance reviews. phcast processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on our platform, typically within 24-48 hours for verified accounts. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary based on your account status, verification level, and chosen payment method. phcast reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time with or without notice.

4.5 Fees and Charges

phcast does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5. Gaming Rules and Policies

5.1 Game Fairness

All games on phcast use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be influenced by phcast or any third party.

5.2 Game Rules

Each game has specific rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules and game behavior, the official game rules shall prevail.

5.3 Malfunction Void

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, all affected wagers and payouts are void. phcast will take reasonable steps to rectify errors and restore affected accounts to their pre-error state. phcast's liability in such circumstances is limited to refunding affected wagers.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be accepted before participation. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, maximum bet restrictions, and withdrawal conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement is stated in the applicable bonus terms. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

phcast employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, low-risk wagering strategies, or any other activities intended to exploit bonuses without genuine gaming intent. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, associated winnings, and potential account closure.

6.4 Promotional Modifications

phcast reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of promotional disputes, phcast's decision shall be final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered in the names of other persons
• Using any automated system, robot, or software to access the Services or manipulate game outcomes
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the phcast platform
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to conceal your geographic location
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your name
• Using the Services for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior toward phcast staff or other players
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain
• Attempting to manipulate, intercept, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the phcast platform are the exclusive property of phcast or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the phcast platform except as expressly authorized in these Terms. Unauthorized use of phcast intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phcast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, includin g but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

phcast provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. phcast does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use and close your account. In no event shall phcast's total liability exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and survives termination of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Jurisdiction

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.

10.3 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding the Services, you must first contact phcast customer support via email or live chat. phcast will investigate all complaints and respond within fourteen (14) business days. If the complaint cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

10.4 Final Decision

phcast reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters related to the Services, including but not limited to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account disputes, and Terms interpretation. Such decisions are binding and not subject to appeal except as required by law or regulatory authority.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your phcast account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. Pending wagers must be settled before account closure can be completed.

11.2 Termination by phcast

phcast reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, multiple accounts, failure to verify identity, or any activity that phcast reasonably believes may harm the integrity of the Services.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services immediately ceases. phcast may retain funds in your account if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, violation of Terms, or pending investigations. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses.

11.4 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phcast may charge a monthly dormancy fee to cover account maintenance costs. You will be notified before such fees are applied.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Modification of Terms

phcast reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date of modifications will be stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver by phcast of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. phcast's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without phcast's prior written consent. phcast may freely assign these Terms and its rights and obligations hereunder without restriction.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and phcast regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
